In this poem, I think it wants to tell  us the importance of our words to our loved ones, we are humans and we  commit mistakes but whats more important is for us to accept our mistakes, learn from it and ask for forgiveness to the persons weve hurt and always remember that what we speak is what we feel so it would be better for us to retrain from speaking if we are angry.

Think twice before we speak because our words and influence will plant like a seed of either success of failure in the mind of another.
